I recently stayed at a countryside hotel and had an amazing experience. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was mouth-watering. The location was perfect for my city break, with easy access to nearby attractions. The decoration was tasteful and had a local touch that made it feel like a personal space. I also appreciated the peacefulness of the environment and the friendly and discreet staff.

The proximity to a workshop that created noise disturbances until late evening. The indoor temperature was also a bit warm, but the staff provided a fan on request.

The atmosphere was charming and made for a lovely romantic escape. the building and rooms were beautifully decorated which added to the overall ambiance. the breakfast showcased delicious, local products which made for an authentic experience. the staff was very attentive and went out of their way to secure a reservation for us at a nearby restaurant.

It should be noted that if your room faces the road, the traffic may be noisy at times. this was only a minor inconvenience and did not detract from the overall experience.

You can relax in well-stocked and spacious rooms that feature comfortable beds, quality fixtures, and modern furnishings. the bathroom is clean and equipped with everything you need. the staff is incredibly kind, flexible and helpful. the breakfast is abundant, with fresh local produce and Swiss specialties. Free parking and free Wi-Fi are available.

It's difficult to find anything negative to say about this hotel. bear in mind that it's not located in the main city centre or tourist areas.

What a stunning renovation this place has undergone! The building is beautiful and well decorated, with comfortable and spacious rooms. The bed and shower were top-notch, and we were pleasantly surprised by the delicious breakfast made from tasty local products. The staff went above and beyond, helping us secure a table at a nearby restaurant during a public holiday. we had a wonderful stay at Gasthaus Zum Bauernhof and highly recommend it.
